-Min. Bachelor’s Degree

-2-5 years of experience in Technology & Digital recruitment

-Good level of English or french written and oral

-A self motivated, success driven, result oriented personality

Have good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Responsabilities:

-Managing end-to-end recruitment processes in order to ensure successful hiring in line with guidelines,

-Update and utilize recruiting databases and job boards,

-Hands-on candidate attraction & sourcing career portals,

-Execute proactive pool searches; create and manage recruitment sources,

-Screen & select candidates and conduct competency-based interviews.
