IT MANAGER EUROPE

we are recruiting on behalf of a multinational operating in the automotive sector in the SAHEL region, Tunisia:

IT Manager, Europe

Missions:

• Leading the IT team across the European organization.
• Designing and executing the IT strategy of the group
• Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
• Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
• Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes
• Analyse business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
• Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT
• Managing telecommunications systems and other electronic support systems related to the company operations.

Technical Skills:

• Solid experience with Oracle ERP system
• Cloud based solutions experience
• Microsoft Suite expertise
• IT infrastructure repair and maintenance expertise.
• Reporting discipline and quality.
• PL/SQL knowledge
• Basic Loftware knowledge
• MS, Vmware, Veeam Licensing
• Basic Vmware and Veeam knowledge

• Skills:
• Great communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Management of global team supplemented with outside providers
• Team player

Profile: Minimum IT Engineering degree

Experiences: 5 years’ experience in multi-national industrial companies.

Language Level: a very good level in English and French required.
