Expert RFQ & Project Controller (contrôleur de gestion)

Adecco is Recruiting for a leading multinational Company an " Expert RFQ and project Controller" with 4 years experience in Controlling
📍Opportunity based in Sousse

Key tasks:
- Checks and validates and benchmark inputs of related functional departments for each pre/concept/series development project
- Highlights inconsistencies and sets the basis for adjustments
- Makes all financial assumptions transparent to the related WSD Board member
- Special tasks (Only valid for specific controlling units)
- Analyzes project margin development across all customer accounts via a system-based tracking tool (Sales Controlling)
- Checks and validates country plant inputs for each pre/concept/series development project (Operations Controlling)
- Validates bidding proposals of each involved country plant to provide a decision baseline for the COO (Operations Controlling)
- Project Controlling (running projects)
- Highlights deviations between planned and actual costs within the area of responsibility for each running pre/concept/series development project against
commitment for nomination business plan
- Assesses the overall commercial status of all internal projects within the area of responsibility
- Performs regular reporting on project level
- Prepares scenario calculation for customer projects and benchmarks
- Special tasks (Only valid for specific controlling units)
- Assesses the overall commercial status of all customer projects to enable an efficient steering of WSD (WSD Controlling)
- Creates and maintains a deep understanding of the value chain within all customer projects (WSD Controlling)
- Aggregates all project related planning and actual values of each functional area starting with project nomination, provided by C-level controlling units (WSD
Controlling)
- Reports variances and tracks action measures in collaboration with respective project coordinator and C-level controlling units (WSD Controlling)
