Financial Controller

Adecco Tunisie, a subsidiary of the World Leader in HR Solutions The Adecco Group, is recruiting a Financial Controller for its client who operates in the textile industries sector :

Responsibilities: 

• Writing reports to the owner and management.
• Managing the accountant and communicating with our external accounting firm.
• Preparing quarterly financial statements.
• Preparing financial statements
• Auditing the annual accounts
• Checking records with respect to legislation and regulations.
• You will monitor the financial health and performance of the company.
• You will use the current software system Microsoft Dynamics (Navision) and where necessary you will take initiative to purchase and use additional analysis software.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance
• Proven experience as a financial controller or similar role, with a track record of success in financial management and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
