Senior Automation Consultant
Adecco, Global and Local Leader in HR Solutions, is hiring a Senior Automation Consultant.
Our client is a reputable Technological company based in Sousse, known for its innovative projects in: robotics, automation, DATA, IA and Industry 4.0 consultancy
Positioning:
- Hierarchical Attachment: Reporting directly to the Innovation Director.
- Program Affiliation: Open Lab Program.
Missions:
- Support Transformation to Smart Factories:
- Advise and assist industrial customers in transitioning to smart factories.
- Provide project management and support (PMO and AMOA) for implementation.
- Monitor and control project activities and progress.
- Training, Development, and Research Support:
- Assist with technical support for clients or contracted experts.
- Support training, development, and research activities within the center.
- Lab Management:
- Set up, manage, and supervise activities in robotics and additive manufacturing labs.
- Maintain, track, and upgrade equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Profile:
- Education:
- University degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Robotics, Computer Science, or Electronics from an engineering school with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
- OR a Doctorate in Science and Technology with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong expertise in Automation, PLCs, SCADA, Robotics, IIOT, and Mechatronics, both in hardware and software technologies.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Autonomous, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent editorial skills, with a rigorous, analytical, and synthetic mindset.
- Pragmatic with good listening, dialogue, and presentation abilities.
- A strong understanding of international cultures.
Responsibilities:
- Promotion and Customer Development:
- Promote the ICDC and its services, and develop a customer portfolio, including industrial clients, SMEs, and startups.
- Define and analyze clients' and users' needs regarding equipment solutions, resources, training, and support programs.
- Project Management:
- Manage and coordinate projects with startups, technology providers, and service providers.
- Monitor and control activities and progress.
- Enhance and expand the service offerings of the center.
- Training and Skills Development:
- Implement skills development programs, including training plans and virtual/distance training.
- Coordinate with academic or industrial experts to define thematic action plans.
- Research and Development:
- Oversee research and development activities, including prototyping and equipment use.
- Identify and analyze buoyant sectors and sub-sectors through market surveys and research.
- Conduct market and technological watch to stay ahead of industry trends.
