Senior MES Consultant

Adecco, Global and Local Leader in HR Solutions, is hiring a Senior MES Consultant. Our client is a Technological reference in Tunisia, based in Sousse, known for its innovative projects in robotics, automation, DATA, IA and Industry 4.0 consultancy.
Missions:

• Support Digital and Industrial Transformation:
  
  • Assist SMEs and industrial clients in their digital transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
  • Provide consultancy and assistance (PMO and AMOA) for project implementation.
  • Offer technical support to clients in the implementation of solutions (AMOE) or to contracted experts.
  • Monitor and control smart production projects, including activities and progress tracking.
  
  
• Project Management:
  
  • Manage projects and coordinate with technology and service providers, as well as industrial experts.
  • Develop and enhance the service offerings of the Center of Excellence.
  
  
• Client Prospecting and Acquisition:
  
  • Prospect for and acquire new clients, studying their needs and developing action plans.
  • Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  
  

Profile Requirements:

• Education:
  
  • Bachelor’s degree (Bac +5) or higher from an engineering school or equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Computing, Mechatronics, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
  
  
• Technical Expertise:
  
  • Strong expertise in digital technologies and innovation within the industrial sector.
  • Proficiency in industrial software (MES, ERP, GPAO, GMAO), digital technologies (hardware and software), AI deep learning, data science, and robotics.
  
  
• Experience:
  
  • Proven experience in client development, prospecting, and acquisition, or similar roles (e.g., Technical Sales, Business Development).
  • Solid experience in supply chain management, production processes, industrial operations, and lean management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a client portfolio.
  
  
• Skills:
  
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in French with a good command of technical English; a third language is a plus.
  • Autonomous, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong writing skills, with an analytical, synthetic, and pragmatic mindset, capable of listening, dialoguing, presenting, and negotiating.
  • Broad international and digital culture.
