Innovation Program Manager - Business Accelerator
Adecco, Global and Local Leader in HR Solutions, is hiring an Innovation Program Manager - Business Accelerator. Our client is a Technological reference in Tunisia, based in Sousse, known for its innovative projects in robotics, automation, DATA, IA and Industry 4.0 consultancy.

Hierarchical Positioning:
- Hierarchical Attachment: Reporting directly to the Innovation Director.
- Program Affiliation: Business Accelerator Program.
Missions:
- Program Development and Management:
- Set up programs for training, coaching, and mentoring within the incubation and corporate acceleration spaces.
- Select and coordinate providers for training, coaching, and mentoring services.
- Train, coach, and support startups using design, innovation, and business tools.
- Prospect, acquire, and assess startups for program participation.
- Participate in organizing challenges, competitions, demo days, and similar events.
Profile Requirements:
- Education:
- A university degree (Bac +5) in a scientific or economic field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of innovation, with at least 3 years in startup support, incubator, or accelerator management.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in design and innovation tools or certifications in UX/UI, design thinking, TRIZ, innovation management, lean startup, agile management, product management, and product design.
- Strong business management skills, including business plan development, strategy development, banking negotiations, sponsor acquisition, and legal/financial arrangements.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Perfect command of French and English, as well as proficiency in project management tools.
- Autonomous, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
- Experience in team leadership, coaching, and animation.
- Ability to adapt to various challenges, propose original solutions, and work proactively.
- Excellent writing skills, with an analytical, synthetic, and pragmatic mindset, capable of listening, interacting, and being creative.
- A strong entrepreneurial, technological, and digital culture, with knowledge of lean and agile startup creation, and technological project management.
- Experience in the diaspora or professional experience abroad with a high potential for innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership:
- Lead the support programs (training, coaching, advisory, and support) for the accelerator and incubator; define orientations, set up programs, and ensure their development and evolution.
- Pilot prospecting and sourcing actions to detect projects eligible for incubation or acceleration.
- Oversee the operational follow-up and monitoring of incubated projects, including strategic, managerial, financial, and commercial aspects.
- Identify stakeholders, mentors, coaches, experts, and advisors for supported projects and startups; coordinate their interventions and define their scope.
- Promote the programs and establish a network to support the internationalization of startups under the Go International program.
