Artificial Intelligence Consultant


Adecco, Global and Local Leader in HR Solutions, is hiring an Artificial Intelligence Consultant. Our client is a Technological reference in Tunisia, based in Sousse, known for its innovative projects in robotics, automation, DATA, IA and Industry 4.0 consultancy.
Location: [Sousse, Tunisia]


Hierarchical Positioning:


  • Hierarchical Attachment: Reporting directly to the Innovation Director.
  • Program Affiliation: Artificial Intelligence & Industry 4.0 Center

Profile Requirements:


  • Education:
    • Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Electronics from an engineering school with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
    • OR a Doctorate in Data Science and/or Digital Technology with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience.

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong expertise in digital technologies, data science, and AI technologies, including deep learning, big data (hardware and software), cloud computing, AI & data infrastructure, and electronics.

  • Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in English and French.
    • Autonomous, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
    • Excellent writing skills, with an analytical, synthetic, and pragmatic mindset, capable of listening, dialoguing, and presenting.
    • Abroad international culture.


Missions & Tasks:



  1. R&D and Innovation Management:


    • Main Missions:
      • Set up, manage, and supervise R&D activities in labs and digital spaces (IoT).
      • Promote the Artificial Intelligence Center and its labs, developing a customer portfolio.

    • Tasks:
      • Monitor and control R&D activities and progress.
      • Maintain, track, and upgrade digital equipment.
      • Define and analyze client needs, providing technical assistance to clients or contracted experts.
      • Oversee prototyping and equipment use activities.
      • Manage open innovation projects and support development activities.
      • Coordinate with academic or industrial experts to define thematic action plans.
      • Set up calls for proposals, including international calls (e.g., H2020).
      • Facilitate connections between Tunisian and international accounts, developing business opportunities.
      • Organize open days and visits.
      • Conduct market and technological research.



  2. Customer and Project Development:


    • Main Missions:
      • Develop and manage a customer portfolio, particularly with technology providers.
      • Support and enrich the service offerings of the center.

    • Tasks:
      • Define and analyze user needs, supporting innovation programs and resources.
      • Manage projects and coordinate with technology providers and service providers.



  3. Training Support:


    • Main Missions:
      • Support training activities within the center.

    • Tasks:
      • Define and analyze user needs for training programs.
      • Assist in implementing skills development programs, including virtual and e-training plans.
