Business Development and International Partnership Manager
Adecco, Global and Local Leader in HR Solutions, is hiring a Senior Automation Consultant. Our client is a Technological reference in Tunisia, based in Sousse, known for its innovative projects in robotics, automation, DATA, IA and Industry 4.0 consultancy.

Hierarchical Positioning:
- Hierarchical Attachment: Reporting directly to the Innovation Director.
- Program Affiliation: Business Accelerator Program
Missions:
- Startup Support:
- Provide business development advisory and consultancy services to startups, including prospecting, marketing, sales activities, training, coaching, mentoring, and business and financial support.
- Offer investment advisory and consultancy services, including investment readiness, business modeling, and planning.
- Prospecting and Acquisition:
- Source, acquire, and assess startups for program participation.
- Promote the Novation Business Accelerator programs, including acceleration, incubation, and corporate acceleration.
- Prospect and acquire international partners, such as investors, international industrialists, technology suppliers, technoparcs, clusters, and international organizations.
- International Partnership Management:
- Manage activities and maintain strong relations with international partners.
Profile Requirements:
- Education:
- A university degree (Bac +3) in a scientific or economic field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the field of innovation, with at least 3 years in supporting startups or managing accelerators.
- Technical Expertise:
- Mastery of business management techniques, including business plan development, strategy development, banking negotiations, sponsor acquisition, financial support, and legal and financial arrangements.
- Expertise in international business management and/or professional experience in a country with high innovation potential.
- Skills:
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Perfect command of French and English, along with proficiency in project management tools.
- Autonomous, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
- Experience in team leadership, coaching, and animation.
- Ability to adapt to diverse challenges, propose original solutions, and work proactively.
- Excellent writing skills, with a rigorous, analytical, and synthetic mindset, capable of listening, interacting, and being creative.
- A strong entrepreneurial, technological, and digital culture, with knowledge of lean and agile startup creation and technological project management.
Responsibilities:
- Startup Development:
- Provide business development advisory and consultancy services to startups, including support for prospecting, marketing, sales, training, coaching, mentoring, and business and financial activities.
- Develop and expand the relational and partnership network for the program.
- Oversee the follow-up of incubated and accelerated projects, including strategic, managerial, financial, and commercial aspects.
- Establish a network to support the internationalization of startups under the Go International program.
- Program Promotion and Management:
- Lead the promotion, communication, and marketing efforts for the accelerator and incubator; define orientations, evolve programs, and ensure their development.
- Assist the program manager in identifying mentors, stakeholders, experts, and advisors for supported projects and startups; coordinate their interventions and define their scope.
