Must Have Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
MBA, PMP, or an equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 15 years in senior leadership roles within infrastructure development, focusing on large-scale projects.
Skills: Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
KPIs:
- Project Delivery: Timely, within-budget project completion and client satisfaction.
- Financial Performance: Revenue growth and profit margin improvements.
- Business Growth & Development: Securing new projects and expanding into new markets.
- Operational Efficiency: Reducing downtime, improving safety, and cost-saving innovations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong relationships with government bodies, successful contract negotiations, and maintaining a positive public image.
